FEATURES:
This is the entry level
chainsaw boot from Haix and has been developed to
satisfy the middle market. Although the quality and
build are typical of other Haix products, its lower
price has been achieved by removing some of the
high-tech features of the boot. The Blue Ridge
doesn't have a 1 piece upper or Gore-Tex membrane.
However it is hard for other mid priced boots to
compete with this outstanding product. A good boot
for all types of chainsaw work, above or on the
ground.
Conforms to EN345 S2 Class 1
Outer Material: 2.5 - 2.7mm thick. One
piece seamless upper giving good stability and
extended wear life.
Footbed: Anatomically formed and removable.
Washable and quick driying. Very good moisture
absorption.
Membrane: GORE-TEX Waterproof membrane is
breathable and resistant to some chemicals.
Climate System: HAIX Climate control system
with Micro Dry lining.
Tongue: Anatomically formed and softly
padded.
Scuff Cap: Stitched and glued rubber scuff
cap to prevent damage to the leather at the toe of
the boot
Toe Cap: Specially anatomically formed wide
fit toe-cap conforming to EN344 200 joule.
